Gaëlle Eloy

Gaëlle Eloy started her career in 2012 in the Litigation and Arbitration department of the International firm, Linklaters LLP. She left them in 2016 for the firm Buyle and then she joined DKW.

Gaëlle Eloy is specialized in the handling of contentious national and international cases. She assists and represents her clients in all stages of the legal process, including before the enforcement judge to ensure the proper execution of the decisions. She also practices mediation and arbitration.

Gaëlle has gained particular experience in corporate law, contract law, financial law and property law.

Gaëlle is an assistant professor in civil process law at the University of Brussels (ULB) and regularly publishes articles in the field.

She holds a law degree from the University Faculties of Notre Dame de la Paix in Namur (summa cum laude 2009) and a Master in Law from the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve (magna cum laude 2011), following an Erasmus semester spent in Sheffield (United Kingdom).

Gaëlle then followed a LLM in Advanced European Law at the University of Gent (summa cum laude 2012).

She handles cases in French and English.
